Terms and Conditions for Participation in Seminars and at Events:

Registration and payment
The registration is confirmed as binding once the registration form has been sent. You will receive a confirmation and (if necessary) additional seminar/event details from me per email within a few days after your registration. If you don't receive any email  from me within five work days, please check the spam control of your email account and/or contact me again.


Cancellations
A participant can withdraw from the event at any time. The cancellation has to be written (for the date stamped on the letter or listed on the email). For cancellations up to 14 days before the event I will charge 30% of the seminar/event fee, for cancellations up to seven days before 75% of the fee, after this time nothing can be refunded, but I do accept a substitute participant.
I reserve the right to cancel seminars/events in case of too few registrations. In this case the full fee is of course refunded.


Liability
With your registration you accept that you will be fully responsible for your own actions during the seminar/event as well as for their consequences. The liability of the organiser is restricted to intent and gross negligence. Furthermore you are aware of the seminars/events not being an adequate substitute for the medical treatment of physical or mental illness, even though they deal with the topic of healing. They focus on healing for the soul, from which the physical body benefits, as well, and therefore are intended as an addition to medical treatment not replacement.
