Individual sessions (by phone or in person)

Our goal is to get you flying high in such a stable way that eventually you won't need any support outside yourself at all any more. Until then I want to invite you to allow yourself as much help, support and ease on this way as any of your very dearest friends would deserve.

During the coaching part of my sessions you will be able to grasp and feel your goals more clearly, become aware of your feelings and let them move more freely, you can review and celebrate your successes so far as well as tackle any points that still seem difficult for you.

It doesn't have to be hard at all. I will support you with a clear, kind and soothing presence which will make it so much easier to expand your perspective again and realign with your Large Self even more powerfully. This conscious mind part is important as you will always keep your own free will and your ability to choose what you focus on and therefore create as your reality. Choose your focus in a way that serves you!

The Divine Opening part of the session will support you in even more ways, many of them very subtle. It opens your crown chakra for the Divine Grace that is supporting you wherever you are, all the time. It continuously offers to do all the heavy lifting for you, orchestrating the whole universe to serve you in a way that is best for everybody. All you have to do is let go, relax and let it in.

As Divine Openings is a process, unfolding for each person at their own pace and individual beauty, it works best to do the sessions in a series of three to start with. Lola has been offering Divine Openings for many years now and from her experience this works best. She has initiated many Divine Openings Givers from all over the world by now - you can look at their offers on her website - and they all work this way as it allows us to really accompany you during your process.

After the first series of three you can come for single sessions, as well. Divine Openings can be offered in many ways therefore the sessions can take place at my praxis but also over the phone.
